NSA Education Collaboration Robots
Objective
This project is a collaboration between the National Security Agency (NSA) and Advanced Robotics. The objective of this project is to develop educational tools for the NSA to use at elementary, middle, and high schools around San Antonio. This is to help incentivize interest in cybersecurity and other STEM related fields to kids of all ages. These robots will be used along with a router to simulate a cyber attack; students will be taught how to program these robots to attack and defend against a cyber attack.
What Will Each Section Learn?
Computer Science
The Computer Science section of the project will implement networking and build a simple GUI for the master controller that will be able to view robot conditions and connections.
Electrical Engineering
The Electrical Engineering section of the project will research the modules for the robot and be able to write C code that interacts with the router.
Mechanical Engineering
The Mechanical Engineering section of the project will design the robot body.
